Instructional Classes

In addition to regular tumbling classes, we offer instructional classes that focus on specific areas of cheerleading such as jumps, stunting, and flexibility. We strive for our athletes to be well-rounded cheerleaders and understand that some athletes need more focus on one specific area. All classes are taught by experienced instructors who are trained in the drills and equipment for the appropriate area of cheerleading. These classes are not only designed to help athletes improve in a weaker area, but also to excel further in an area they are already successful in. 


Flexibility and Stretching Class

Flexibility and Stretching Class is perfect for athletes looking to improve their flexibility and core stretnth! This class is ideal for flyers looking to improve body positions, athletes looking to improve jump flexibility, athletes looking to imrpove overall core strength for tumbling skills or other purposes. 

  • Flexibility and proper stretching technique 
  • Muscle and strength training with the help of weights, resistance bands, stunt stands and other equipment 
  • Repetition of cradle drills, full up drills, other drills for flying (if applicable) 
  • Stretches that can be done at home to improve flexibility
